The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 0.4 percent, new homes are up 2.8percent and resale condos are up 5.1 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 16.8 percent, down 25.8. percent on condos and down 16.2 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are down 7.5 percent and the sales volume is down 34.8 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 3.1 percent and the sales volume is down 10.9 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 9.3 percent and the sales volume is down 32.5 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 10.3 and the sales volume is down 27.0 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 0.4 percent and the sales volume is down 21.8 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 17.6 percent and the sales volume down 53.4 percent.
