Weltanschauung - The philosophy and guiding principles of Active Rain
Lynn B. Friedman has challenged us with her latest contest to stretch and reach beyond our normal boundaries, try new things, explore the unknown, and take some risks along the way. A big thank you to Lynn for hosting this challenge and contest for 2019.
We are again reminded of the guiding principles and philosophy of the Active Rain community this year. In the past, we have had similar contests which usually take place around the first of the year and serve as a reminder for old and new members of our basic philosophy and principles upon which this organization was formed.
The Weltanschauung philosophy guides us all, and as members of this amazing community, we are bound by these principles and guidelines.
We admire the spirit of other real estate professionals and respect the knowledge and the benefit that each one brings to the table. Because of this sharing of ideas and knowledge, I believe, that we are all better real estate professionals for it.
With so much negativity in the world, it is refreshing to be around a group of people with positive energy and who offer encouragement in a stressful and challenging profession.
As the guiding principles of Active Rain state, "This communal dialogue offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and is the way to share in the dynamisn and excitement that constitutes the modern real estate business."
