We created this house hunting checklist for you to download, customize, and give to your home buyers to help with their home search. This will especially assist with non-individual buyers, such as families or couples. They can mark what is a need or want and compare their results with each other. It may also bring up ideas they may have overlooked such as nearby public transportation or heated floors.
For individuals this works great as well, because you can have them submit a filled out checklist to fully assess and cater to their wants and eneds.
