It's 49 days until spring according to my friend Amanda Evans in Texas. If our good friends in the great state of Texas are sick of this winter, can you imagine what our friends in Chicago are feeling?
It's cold here in Pennsylvania and for the past, it feels like 100 months, it's been gray and wet here in Chester County. We are still experiencing a listing shortage in some price ranges. Although it's cold, now is a great time to think about putting your home on the market. Most people think of the spring market as starting in late March, early April. That is not true. To get a jump on the spring market now is the time.
