Tollgate Crossing is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that was started by DR Horton that is conveniently located 30 minutes outside of Downtown Denver, and is an easy commute to DIA. With many pocket parks throughout the neighborhood, it's not uncommon to see neighborhood families with kids playing and enjoying the Colorado weather. Living in Tollgate Crossing you have shopping at Southlands Mall, retail and hospitals close, but don't have the traffic you would expect in Denver.
