He went and got his real estate license..
He was unfortunately very shy and to add to it he had a lack of self-esteem..
The first few months in the office he stared at the phone but wouldn't pick it up..
He ran ads but was scared to say the wrong thing when responding to potential leads..
He went to a program called of all things "Sweathogs"..
They made him dial the phone with a poor script 100 times a day..
He was quickly cured of the concern about rejection or what he said to those that didn't reject him..
He took in as much knowledge as he could on "sales and marketing"
He worked the lower and median priced home market to some great success..
He added systems to his business for referrals, follow up and much more..
He then got bored with median priced homes..
He decided to enter the Luxury Home Market cold turkey and meet Luxury Home Buyers and Sellers..
He started to see that they were exactly the same nice people as him but were just looking for a home on a grander scale..
He proceeded to keep his ongoing business and have a goal of adding 4 Luxury Home Sales a year..
He never looked back..
He now shares his time at his home in beautiful Arizona and an amazing home in Thailand..
He recorded 70+ YouTube Videos so you could see how it's done..
