The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 1.5 percent, new homes are up 11.6 percent and resale condos are up 4.2 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 22.9 percent, down 24.8 percent on condos and down 35.3 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are down 7.3 percent and the sales volume is down 27.8 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 3.4 percent and the sales volume is up 2.6 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 9.0 percent and the sales volume is down 44.0 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 20.9 and the sales volume is down 37.9percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 1.3 percent and the sales volume is down 18.4 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 27.0 percent and the sales volume down 50.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 41.0 percent and the sales volume is down 6.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 15.4 percent and the sales volume is down 3.2 percent.
