Like the others who commented.  I would like to attend one of those meetings.  While all markets are local, there is lessons to be learned that are universal.

So, have you considered recording these, Grant?! I know you share so much here but, boy, to live in your area and have the benefit of such talent would be awesome! Video would be the next best thing to living there!
