Interior Photo for The Primary/Cover Image on a Fact Sheet or Web Site

I have shot some ugly properties here at my job. What we have seen is that when the front of a condo or home is less then desirable; put the home's best room as your front shot to draw away from unattractiveness of the exterior or simply to highlight the room if it that great. This will get people's attention.  All we are trying to do is get people into the home and get that emotional connection to the property. Then you have hooked them.

I have enclosed two photos, both are good but the windows and the view with the location are what will sell this place, not just a front view of the house.

Interior vs Exterior

I think I would go for the room view although the front of the building doesn't put me off at all.

Piers - I'm not an agent but I think this sounds like a good strategy.  When you scroll through MLS I think people would be more likely to click on something different.  A great interior shot would draw my eye.

Piers- we just did this very thing on a recent listing in our office. The results have been terrific.

Piers - I like the interior photo with the wall of glass showing the view.  However, seeing the outside of the home tends to also show the style of neighborhood and in many cases people buy a location and get a house with it.

Piers...

No doubt, the fabulous wall of windows and the spectacular view screams "I want to see this place!" Heck, I want to see it myself, but I live in GA!
