10 homes closed in January 2019 in WINNETKA compared to 15 closes in January 2018. So we’re off to a slower start but with the polar vortex behind us things will begin to pick-up. The range of price points for January was wide - from a $220,000 house on Willow Road to a newer home sold for $2,175,000.
