In recent months, the sales have slowed down in The Crossings of Coral Springs. There have been three, ranging from $305,000. to $407,000. But there are also three pending sales in The Crossings heading to the closing table soon which will adjust the comps as they come in. If you are thinking about selling your home, there are some great points to keep in mind. Most every buyer is going to inspect the home and the inspector usually finds a laundry list of im. Some items are a surprise to the seller! I encourage my sellers to get an inspection of their own. To uncover any "unknowns" that may be hiding. On one of my last deals, there was a roof leak discovered but it was pooling in the attic, so, the owner wasn't aware. Talk about a surprise!!
