The clubhouse at Legacy Grove which is located in the East Limestone School District and is an easy drive to Redstone Arsenal and Research Park area and is ready for use by the home owners. The subdivision has homes ranging in the low 200's to Mid 200's. The association dues are very low ($240 per year). The clubhouse and pool were paid for by the developers so that association dues would remain low. A 60X40 pool is located behind the clubhouse. A playground will be behind and to the left of the clubhouse. In 2009 tennis courts will be located on the other side of the parking lot from the clubhouse.
The clubhouse includes a large hosting area, kitchen and study area. The clubhouse also has a nice back porch overlooking the pool. The clubhouse has a vaulted ceiling in the gathering area and has a tile floor through out for easy maintenance. The clubhouse kitchen is furnished with refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave. The clubhouse also has two large storage areas and of course bath rooms.
