Homes for Sale in New Trier School District Right Now for under $500,000

While the North Shore is a generally not inexpensive, we do have a wide variety of inventory. At any given time, there could be homes listed as low as $250,000 and as high as $12 million. So there really is something for everyone.

Properties here include single family homes, condos, and townhouses. Please note that condos on the lake have high association fees and could make the condo unaffordable.

Hi Margaret

That is quite quite diversity in pricing! Bet the under-$500K range is a popular, and competitive, one!

I love coffee & real estate. I am out of coffee!

Hi Margaret, as has been the hot topic a while, the word affordable is still redefining itself. It seems your area mirrors DFW in many ways. Under $500k is a hot pocket. As Jeff said, the more affordable is so competitive! I like your caveat that the HOA can make an otherwise affordable pricepoint less so due to the high association fees. Good for new condo purchasers to remember. But those amenities, though!
