The Financial District has become an exciting, vibrant community in an amazing location!  It runs from the area south of City Hall Park in Lower Manhattan; the heart of the Financial District is often considered to be the corner of Wall Street and Broad Street, along Fulton Street and John Street.

The Financial District – called FiDi – remains the City’s primary business district but the real estate offerings are some of the most diverse and exciting in the city.
