I am listing a close friend from church's property. It will be listed at $215K. Particularly if I list it on the MLS - I know I can offer no Co-op fee - but what would be the value of listing it on the MLS? Well, in the event that a Buyer is willing to pay for the services of his/her realtor - there is still value there...Thoughts...
