Station East is in its final phase now. Station East is an historic neighborhood located in East Baltimore. Homes here are fully renovated and eco friendly and economically friendly too. The neighborhood is located with N. Patterson Park on the west, Ashland on the south, Eager on the north and N. Milton on the east. There are several floor plans to choose from and include 2 and 3 bedroom models.
Station East is located near one of Baltimore’s more diverse communities. There may also be Live Near Your Work grants available for employees of participating employers and Maryland Mortgage Program no interest loans.
