Valentine's Day Is About the Heart in All Ways

Real Estate Agent with RI Real Estate Services ~ 401-529-7849~ RI Waterfront Real Estate

It is not just a statement this Bring on the Healthy Hearts onhearts Valentines Day.  Do something right for the others in your life or for you as 'the' woman because heart attacks are our number one killer.  Not trying to take the fun out of Valentines Day but if you can't hear me today when will you listen.  I am talking to you about taking control of your and your others needed healthy heart.

You can give attention to the flowers, dinners and sweet eats onValentines day but give the same mindful stare at the heart of that person in your life.  Healthy lifestyles just don't happen, they are usually made after some bad news is presented to you.

I have Not been so lucky after losing my significant other to a catastrophic heart attack last month.   Don't be a statistic...take some positive action today...the fact is 90% of us have one or more risk factors for developing heart disease.  That means most of us.

Love the right way- take the steps to improve your life and your other's healthy life style.  You want them around for a long time don't you? The American Heart Association says wear red this month for more than the color!  Bring on the Healthy Hearts on Valentines Day.

Hi Ginny Gorman - A very poignant post with a great message for the rest of us. My deepest sympathies...

I hope others will heed the call. Both myself and my husband just completed a full cycle and battery of tests to stay heart healthy. Both of us have clear arteries, a healthy heart and a cardiologist we can trust. Happy Heart Healthy Valentine's Day!
