Happy Valentine's Day 2019 To All My ActiveRain Friends!!!  This is wishing all my friends here on ActiveRain a Happy Valentine's Day today.  I hope everyone took the time today to tell everyone who is special to you how you feel about them, and spent quality time with them.

This year my wife and I decided to stay home, and do a nice steak dinner.  Everything was already prepared, so the cooking was easy, and we did it together.  After 44 years of marriage it is the simpler things we do together that we enjoy the most.

I went to the Y today and took a few small boxes of truffles and chocolates from a local confectioner - turns out many people were doing the same and it was a very nice day, indeed, with no shortage of affection. Happy Valentine’s Day
