I have renewed my Res.Net certification profile this year 2019.
Res.Net is in the middle it seems of updates to the site, they have updated the listing agent side on offers tabs and how you relay the offers to the asset managers.They moved around where you find the executed contracts in the system too.
There are still agents in my area that call for a walk through and questions on submitting offers that have never turned in an offer before and are new to making offers on REO properties Res.Net has been around along time I have been certfied with them for over a decade I added that certification around the time of the Equator certification, the feature I have liked is the code for the property specific to list in agent notes on the MLS so agents working with buyers can go direct to the page for the property they are wanting to make the offer on and submit the offer direct.
