The Ultra Luxury Market in the Greater Los Angeles area, check it out…
Seldom do I write about the ultra-luxury real estate market in the greater Los Angeles area. When my clients ask, generally I send a private market report.
Due to a great deal of interest I thought it was time to show the Market Trends Report. Hard to believe that in California currently there are 27 properties that are North of $50 million List Price. And out of the 27 amazingly 23 of them happen to be in my market. Keeping in mind none of these properties are a fast sale.
Usually the strongest motivation to buy is “fear of loss” let’s be honest there are about 4000 buyers around the Globe who can afford to buy in this price range. Then to boot out of that my guess is about 2500 who would actually be interested in buying in this price range in my market.
So, with that said “there is virtually NO fear of loss” hence the buyers are buying when they are ready. No need to put a gun to their head, they know better.
Anyway, let me share these 24 properties with you in a format you might enjoy😊! To buy in this price point there are two motivations, one is safety and security to park such a large amount in real estate and be assured that the prices will increase over time and safely protected by being in a country that values free enterprise. The second motivation is bragging rights in a very small circle of Billionaires that they happen to own a prestigious property in the greater Los Angeles area.
