Dorie I had a nice relaxing day today as well.  Most holidays tend to be hectic, a relaxing one like today is very much appreciated.

I just got done commenting on Ron and Alexandra Seigel blog.  They were dealing with auto issues today, and so was I.  I had my car serviced, and windows tinted.  I thought everyone would be out of town on holiday, and it would be a good day to take care of these things.  Alas, the waiting rooms were full.  Just got home a bit ago.

Snatching those unexpected moments can do wonders to refresh one. Glad you had a bit of time to do just that. Hope Geno is doing well.

Here in Arkansas you are taxed for your vehicles, and home.  The only thing you need to have with you when getting your renewal is mailed to you the month before you renew your vehicle license.  You can do it all online. BTW, no vehicle inspection

Hi Dorie- I love that quote by Harry Truman.  And ugh, you've reminded me that we have to have our cars inspected now that we're back here. 

I like when there is something to do while waiting for a vehicle to be ready.  I sometimes will play in the Rain, if I have my notebook with me!
