We had a great office meeting today regarding all the down payment assistance programs available to buyers. They tie into FHA loans and I feel this is the wave of the future, for now anyways.
Nehemiah and Hart program look to be the best.
Anyone else have any other suggestions that has worked for you?
Of course there is your local city down payment assistance as well as the hicap and chdap with the CalHfa loan.
