Always exciting to work with a past client, and this now will be our fifth transaction! She closed on her brand new home and beginning her new chapter in life! Congratulations and wish you many years of new memories in your new home!
I stay in touch with my client, so, not surprising to hear from a past client that wanted to go out and find a new home. We were sort of playing the home search by ear, as the weather forecasters said we could get anywhere from 2-12" of snow last Friday into Saturday. I do drive an SUV, so I was good, but sometimes buyers are uncomfortable in this weather.
We went out, and in the afternoon the sun was in full sun, so all was good. Got into all the homes she wanted to view, and worked on making decisions. We went out again on Sunday and did find the perfect home for her. It is a patio home, as she doesn't want to spend all weekend in the yard. This home was a spec home, so she will be able to close next month, which is what she was hoping for! (This picture was taken on Monday after much of the snow had melted!)
She loves new homes, and the finishes are really nice in this home, and is framed in the basement ready for her "spa bathroom" which was high on her priority list!
