Manitou Springs, Colorado is located just west of Colorado Springs. Situated at the foot of Pikes Peak Manitou Springs offers a wide range of outdoor activities. This area is extremely popular with both tourists and relocating home buyers because the area captures the essence of what they're looking for in Colorado.
