On February 20, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that condo and town-homes values decreased 3.5% at an average price of $434,080 in January of 2019 from an average price of $450,000 in December of 2018, but higher 2.1% from $425,000 in January of 2018. While, condo and town-homes sales decreased 16.6% in January of 2019 from December of 2018, and declined 13.7% from January of 2018 in California.
There were 4.5 months supplies of available inventory of condo and town-homes in January of 2019 gained from 3.2 months in December of 2018, and jumped from 3.0 months in January of 2018. An average it took 36.9 days to sell a condo and town-home in January 2019, increased from 31.1 days in December of 2018, and rose from 20.0 days in January of 2018, in California.
