We found our first flower blooms of the year so we know Spring is coming! And with Spring there's an expected acceleration of the real estate market. Fischer Homes is already seeing that pickup with a reduction in available move-in ready patio homes in Greater Cincinnati. This time last month there were 7 available and that number has shrunk to 5.
Fischer Homes remains one of the largest builders of Cincinnati patio homes, with first floor plans maxing out at about 2000 sq ft and then more can be added with a finished lower level or loft area depending on the selected plan.
Move-in ready patio homes are typically ready in 90 days or less. Since these patio homes were not designed to order, they'll be constructed to fit mainstream tastes and using Fischer's most popular floor plans.
Fischer Homes is currently offering the following new construction patio homes in the Greater Cincinnati area that are already complete or will be in the next 3 months.
This month they're ALL in Kentucky since the move-in ready homes on the Ohio side of Greater Cincinnati went under contract in the last 4 weeks. The selection is currently 5 patio homes and 5 paired patio homes (think attached ranch or two story condos for paired patio homes with 4 available within 90 days and 1 TBD).
The paired patio homes are at Whitestone Links in Florence, Kentucky & Tanner's Cove in Hebron, Kentucky.
Northern Kentucky patio homes:
Union's Preakness Pointe offers a Winthrop (90) for $366,676 and a Wilmington available in NOW for $339,164.
Alexandria's The Shire At Arcadia has a 60 day ready date on a Kiawah for $364,548.
Hebron's Tanner Cove will have a Wilmington (30 days on the availability) for $339,308 & a Kiawah (60 days) for $335,180.
The paired patio homes in Whitestone Links & Tanner's Cover are base priced from $184 -245,000 (more for the ranch homes, less for the two story) with availability of 60 & 90 days for the ranch style paired patio homes and Immediate and TBD for the two story paired patio homes.
Fischer Homes can sell these or adjust price as they deem necessary (they did for most every home from January to February. You can find the latest availability by looking for patio homes on Fischer Homes' Move In Ready page for Greater Cincinnati. Once you're there, if you see something you like, or have further questions, we're going to ask you to go the following:
