Have you ever sat down and thought of the most thankless job? Well never have I. But I think I know what it might be. HOA president and board. No one wants to do it but everyone has a complaint. My wife did it for a couple of years and found out how it was, no thanks she said. Which brings me to my point. We paid our dues back In February. The grass at the front entrance looked like it hadn't been cut in years. My wife knowing who to call about this problem took it on herself to get action. About a week after her calls the grass was cut. My wife sent an email to the president to thank her. She promptly got a response from her she was tired of the abuse and was resigning. I of course was glad. I am for doing away with the HOA and let the city enforct the laws it has on the books. Any way my wife called to say thanks and got an angry response oh well what can you do? Try to thank them and you can't win.

I sat on the board for HOA and I will never do it again. It is unbelievable some of the sily complaints. People need to get a life.
