REALLY, IT ALL DEPENDS
Spring has arrived in North Dallas and the best place to start feeling spring fever is to take a stroll through the Dallas Arboretum next to White Rock Lake. What I love about the Botanical Gardens is that you can spend the whole day taking photos of the same flowers and depending on light and time of day, they all come out different. This photo was taken at high noon when the sun was very bright. About a mile later, I went back to the same spot and saw something completely different but just as beautiful!
ON THE POWER OF FOCUS
The sun was still bright but not as intense as it was a mile earlier but the flowers were vivid and gorgeous! I wasn't the only one to gather around the orange flowers on these bushes and I was soon joined by other lovers of the Dallas Arboretum. If there is one thing I am certain of there is POWER in the FOCUS. People don't really pay attention to other people when they are happy. There were many pretty daffodils and tulips but these orange flowers were the show stoppers today! The sky was Texas blue when I first arrived.
TO EVERYONE THERE IS A SHOW STOPPER
The day started out with blue sky. I noticed all the colors appeared to be more intense. If there's one thing I am sure of is that what you see always looks different depending on the time of day, the kind of day you start out with, and the type of attitude you have regardless of who surrounds you. When there is focus you don't really pay attention to other things you might normally see and you will probably see much more without so many distractions. It is that way when buyers look at houses too. I have been selling residential properties in Texas for a long time. First impressions and focus really does make a difference. Let me help you find your show stopper!
