Perhaps you're wondering what NLA Live is?
And considering this is my first post on Active Rain on the subject that is a totally valid question.
Here is my shot at briefly explaining it. "NLA" is short for 'Next Level Agents' which is a facebook group that my business partner Fred Weaver, along with Cody Gibson and I started a couple of years back. Essentially its a place to hopefully have the best real estate conversations in the world, or at least on Facebook =).. Last year we decided to start a new tradition and put together an event and let me tell you it was AWESOME. The reason we decided to put this event on is that there is a serious shortage of "in the trenches, down and dirty, what works in the real world" education by agents who are having real success, not just "GURUs". Oh, and did I mention this event isn't brand specific? That's right, agents, leaders, and trainers from a variety of brands will be speaking and attending this event.

4 - You'll learn what is most important when growing your team or brokerage from a coach who turns down more clients than he takes on (by the way he has 50 + clients at a time)

Seriously though, Ben is one of the kindest, most giving human beings I've ever met in my life (he's also grumpy from time to time but hey, so am I).. .He's taught me so much over the years and I believe his talk is more than worth the cost of getting to this conference.
