The phone rings, and I see the number is from Connecticut. I answered the phone...
The man on the other end identifies himself.
He says he had been recommended to me.

Now I know for a fact that many Realtors would run for the hills after hearing all of that, but no not me! I have been known to have the patience of a Saint... and love working with Seniors.
