South Mountain Hike February 2019

Last week I hiked South Mountain for the first time.  It wasn't as scenic as where I usually hike, but it was fun with good friends.  Incredible views of the big city from the top, so that was worthwhile.  Also came upon this structure, which was pretty cool.

Good afternoon Grant Schneider , there were actually many mountain bikers on the trails.  This area had a lot of different trails though and I don't think they would be biking up to the ruins.

I agree with that Joe Pryor , I have never been on a hike that I didn't like, some are just more scenic than others.

You are right about that Rebecca Gaujot, Realtor® , I am not one to exercise just to exercise, but hiking is great exercise and very enjoyable because of the scenery around!

That makes sense Gabe Sanders , as I am sure there used to be ranches around that area and likely still are, but I don't get down to that area very often, so I don't know for sure.

I recently found a cool show on Youtube. Hiking With Kevin.

It's Kevin Nealon (actor/comedian) hiking with celebrities and interviewing them along the way. I've only seen one episode but I really liked it.
