HOW TO GET BUYERS REFERRALS FROM OTHER AGENTS!

If you work with buyers you will notice more and more listing agent that are not from your local market place. I've found that a lot of agents take listing that are  far as 60 miles from their market place. Therefore you ask who service the unrepresented buyers that call about that listing? YOU CAN!

I have called seven agents so far, and I have one agent that has sent me two buyer leads. One of the leads I have a signed buyers agreement and their price point is $250,000 the other has credit issues. All and all I have a great buyer lead from just calling fellow agents that don't want to take the drive to service the listing when an unrepresented buyer calls.

When you think about it, I rather have 75% of the commisssion than none at all. Pull up some listings  tomorrow see how far the agents market place is from the listing you will be amazed. Call that agent and let them know that you are willing to service their unrepresented buyer that call, and you will pay them a referral fee, rather the buyer buys their listing or another listing somewhere else. Try it and let me know how it worked.
