Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 24, up from 22 last month. Inventory is still low! Currently for sale, there are:

  • 10 single family homes (ranging in price from $340,000 - $1,495,000)Pecan Square Condos in Addison TX
  • No half-duplexes
  • 12 condos ($155,000 – $514,900)
  • 2 townhomes ($439,000 - $485,000)

Fourteen of the 24 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days. Homes are taking a little longer to sell as the market corrects.

The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 57 days as compared to 83 last month). The median number of days on the market is 36 days, compared to last month’s 87 days.

The average number of days on the market was 82 days. The range in February for the previously owned homes was 3 days to 256 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes that sold is $163.96, down from the $172.38 average the prior month. The average list price to sold price ratio is 97.57%, a decrease from last month’s 96.62%. This means there are price reductions and accepted offers below full price.
