What did the buyers love about this home? The same thing my original sellers did. They loved older homes in established neighborhoods and loved the open floor plan and how the kitchen overlooks the backyard where they can watch their kiddos play from inside. They loved the privacy the mature trees provide in the back yard and loved the location of the house with the close proximity to the elementary school and the parks.
Inspections are scheduled today and the close day is April 1. After talking with the lender this is doable so looking forward to a smooth closing.
