The International Wine Tour is coming to Southridge Rec Center, on March 2nd from 4:00 to 7:00pm. If the weather comes into town and makes it a hard journey to get there, the event will still go on. You may need to allot extra time to get to the event. The parking will however be easy as usual, since the plowing company will be out in full force as soon as the snow begins to fall. The Highlands Ranch Community Association and Davidson’s Beer, Wine and Spirits are jointly bringing the best wine event for the 2019 beverage tasting line-up. They will take you around the globe trying different wines. Let your senses take a journey as you join us for an evening celebrating wine from around the world. The sunny climes of Argentina, to the cold, wet regions or France and Germany, this tasting expedition will explore the grapes and vineyards that started it all. You won’t to want to miss this exciting adventure partaking in the global community of wine. Stamp your passport as you travel around the world and collect all the stamps by the end of the event. Just remember to spit out the wine after tasting. Swallowing it all could lead to a fuzzy time and you will want to commit all of this to memory. Tickets are $50 up front and $55 at the door if there are any tickets left. This event has sold out regular and reliably each year. Ticket price will grant you a commemorative wine glass, appetizers and unlimited tastings of wine from across the entire glove. Ticket sales are final, so no exchanges, returns, refunds or cancellations. 21+ event of course, and they ask that no children or infants be in attendance.
