As an experienced real estate sales professional serving the tear for over 10 years, Jonathan Hall with William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty has seen the good, the bad and the ugly. After these years in the industry, he has been quite versed in a number of properties and situations assisting clients sell their home or find their new address.
When working with you to sell your home, here are some things to know. I'm not afraid to talk price, either you want too much money, very rarely do I find sellers think there house is worth less may figure. If something needs to be done fixed or shouldn't be done prior to listing, I'll tell you. If the house would show better by moving things around for the photographer & for when people physically come to the house, I'll let you know. I don't stop contributing my two seconds or opinions just prior to getting the house ready for the market, it's all the way through the entire process. It includes inspections, negotiating, contingencies, appraisal and the closing process.
As a home buyer, I know how important it is to make sure you find the right property. However, there are some things to consider. You would be buying a used home. I'm frank with the neighborhood values & procedures which is typical for Connecticut real estate. I know what typical homes are like in the market place and can tell probably tell before seeing the house in person if that is going not to work my clients.. I know what is normal & common for the order in the transaction. If sometihing looks funny, I'll speak up.
Nothing surprise me. If you want an honest real estate professional, give me a shout.
