Indian Trail Housing Market Update for February 2019. Indian Trail, NC (28079 zip code) area includes the towns of Stallings, Hemby Bridge, and Lake Park in Union County. The Indian Trail area saw a substantial increase in both average and median home prices year-over-year and compared to the prior month (January 2-19). The months supply of homes for sale is extremely low at just 1.5 months despite an increase of inventory and new listings and days on market. Indian Trail remains a seller’s market.

Hi Nina: It is interesting that Indian Trail is still a seller's market. We have a few communities in Sacramento with 1 or 2 months of inventory but the markets are soft, and little is selling. You'd expect the opposite, but no.
