What a nice post for Spring buyers, and moving the clocks an hour ahead.

Even in our corner of the world, spring is sitting on the tarmac idling. Usually by now wisteria is starting to bloom, the grapevines are breaking bud, even our plum tree has not flowered yet...it has been too cold...More rain may be in the forecast, that keeps changing every other minute. A

This may be the last time we move clocks ahead in Sacramento, and that would be soooooo wonderful. I do not like daylight saving time. And it makes it hard to communicate between Hawaii and California as Hawaii does not observe daylight saving time, either. I say 2 hours diffrence is enough, do not make it 3.

Roy Kelley hi Roy... buyers should definitely lock in their interest rates sooner rather than later, but sellers should also think about "locking in" a good sale price for their homes before the market softens.
