What makes New Port Richey Florida unique? It is a smaller town with many of the amenities of large towns without the traffic. U.S. Highway 19 and McMullen Booth Road connects New Port Richey to area beaches. Sure New Port Richey has grown over the years but it remains somewhat insulated from real estate bubbles happening in other states.
