Inside you will find pet-friendly employees who provide excellent customer service. Their sales Team receive over 40 hours of training from "veterinarians, nutritionists, vendors, and behaviorists every year." They are located in the same shopping center as Market Street at 3750 Long Prairie Road, Ste. 150, Flower Mound, TX 75028. No matter what time of the day you go by, the door swings open and closed with happy feet, customers and tails alike.

Pet products are natural and holistic. The store was established in 1950 in Memphis, TN. Personally, I don't have pets; however, I do have Grand Kitties, Grand Dogs, and my friends and clients have fur babies. My grandbabies don't live in Texas but I do buy their products to send them gifts for Christmas and their Birthdays. These are products their parents can't buy where they live. Since I don't have pets of my own, I'm always seeking information from the employees who are very knowledgable and helpful. They never steer me wrong. Plus, whenever I go inside, I feel like a kid in Toyland! Toys, beds, and treats are USA-made.

Pet food is of high quality. This is a company that is dedicated to the longevity of dogs and cats.
