NEW LAW HAS WENT INTO EFFECT IN MARYLAND WHERE NO DOC LOANS ARE AVAILABLE. THIS IS GOING TO PUT A DAMPER IN THE SELF EMPLOYED PERSON SUCH AS OUR SELF'S. IS THIS HAPPENING TROUGH OUT THE COUNTRY ARE JUST IN MARYLAND. HOW ARE YOU FELLOW AGENTS TREATING THE SELF EMPLOYED.

I am not sure how the lenders are dealing with these issues, but I do believe that no doc loans have not been around here in california for quite some time. Stated Income Verified Assets are hard to come by, but they can be done. With all the banks that have gone out of business there are only a few left and their guidelines have not loosened up that much at all. Good luck.
