Speechless Sundays - Swiss Chard
Of course you have to eat greens on St. Paddy's Day! Swiss Chard is one of those nutritional greens that we rarely cook. So, I chopped some fresh chard (including the stems), added some fresh minced garlic, grape tomatoes, salt & pepper. Sauté the chard stems in a little olive oil & red wine for about 2 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Divine!
