Hi Hella... I've always been associated with large companies and like it that way. And I have just the same kind of relationships with my clients as you described yours. I think it has more to do with the agent than the company.

Nina Hollander - When I got that call, it brought back memories from when I worked for a large corporation.  Even though I worked pretty much on my own (I was public relations and advertising executive for large chains of hotels), I was still accountable to them and their internal rules and regulations.

Hella M. Rothwell, Broker/Realtor® - What a bright and cheery photo and blog post about your Independent Brokerage Firm and near-by attractions! It sounds so quaint and beautiful! I can understand why you have a cheery disposition and why you love what you do for your client, many who are repeat buyers and sellers!

I spent many years at a Big Brokerage Franchise and something they were always trying to do and persuade agents to do was recruit! Recruit! Recruit! I don't have time for that nor did I like doing that. There were mentors there too and I know it takes a lot of time to babysit for agents who are licensed but need that hand-holding. 

From what I know about you, you are a phenomenal woman who works well independently and I wouldn't hesitate to send referrals your way.

Hella I can't imagine being an associate managing broker with a big company. I too enjoy being a small broker and if I ever do decide to hang my license with another firm it will be as an agent only. I have zero desire to watch over agents anymore.

It's my own "stage with 1940s art and antiques, yet comfortable modern couch and chairs. Even have "slice of ocean" view. And located right in the middle of excellent restaurants, etc.
