We've seen prices soften from the previous year and expect that to continue. Mortgage rates continue to stay low to encounage buyers. More than ever pricing is important as more homes are expiring. There are still tons of sales but they're mostly in the $500k-$700k range.
2019 may be the year to capture the best return on your home. Buyers will always be looking so get your house out there and lets get it sold.
