Hella I have had similar stories but one that was the opposite... she was looking for the family home in the flats with a back yard... her boyfriend was looking for the hip cool view home in the hills.... I knew they would break up.... I sold her a Condo after it....Endre

Now that you mention it, Hella, I have a number of clients who bought a house with somebody else and within years were ready to part ways, which generated another sale and absolutely ZERO I told you so's.
