Lead Capture and Lead Generation Systems

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams

My team is looking for a propietary lead capture/lead generation system to supplement our organic leads. If you have had success with a particular system in your part of the country I would be interested in learning about them so we can do our due dilligence. Thanks for your help.

I would try Pay Per Click with Google and Yahoo. It will help with your organic leads as well.

David, I have tried most of the lead generation systems, now I just do my own. Too many bad leads from using others PPC.

Oh I forgot, try Pure Visibiltiy in Ann Arbor. No clue how much they charge, but call Ed Velimetti there, he may give you some guidance. This is what they do.

The best lead geration at a  low cost is get some landing pages ie. "NewConstructioninBloomingtonIL.com". The lead comes directly. you give some information on new construction and then you build your campaign. I would suggest aggressive vs. a drip.
