affordable Cincnnati patio homesAFFORDABLE NEW CONSTRUCTION PATIO HOMES in Deerfield Township?  For most of our buyers those words are a combination we haven't been able to offer in the Mason/Deerfield Township area.

Affordable?  We can find some older, plainer resale patio homes, but they won't be new construction.

New construction patio homes?  We can find those too, but they've typically priced well over $400,000, and for many of our buyers that's just a bit too rich for their budgets.

Pending a zoning change approval by Deerfield Township, we may finally be able to offer "affordable" and "new construction patio homes" combined!  If all goes as expected, Fischer Homes will be offering new construction patio homes with starting prices of $250,000 and up (depending on floor plan).

The proposed site is just around the corner from Kings Island and the Western Row I-71 interchange.  That gives home owners easy access to lots of shopping, dining and entertainment.

The proposed communitty will be a mix of single family homes and patio homes, with the patio homes having a dedicated cul de sac street section of the community.

The 32 acres will reserve 10 for greenspace (pond and walking trails).

Current plans are for the developer to turnover the site to Fischer around September or October 2019 with a total home count in the mid-80s.

As with other patio homes, the HOA will take care of the lawns, so no mowing grass or shoveling snow for the patio home owners!
