It is one of those things that you can't buy and matters the most. I remember a colleague who once sold a townhome to a client representing that the attached garage was part of the transaction. It wasn't. Imagine the closing when the buyer came to find out that she was about to lose what she most wanted. My colleague never checked, but assumed.
I can not imagine this. The irony is that she is still working and is now a Broker of Record. I never heard how she managed to not lose her license over this.
Anyone can make a mistake, but accuracy, is in my view, the most important factor in the day to day operation of business. Don't know for sure.....say so and find out.
