As the year began we had a demonstration in our office on a new program our MLS system is offering; REMINE.
This is a technology that will dramatically reshape the way REALTORS® and real estate consumers experience the process of selling and purchasing property.
Using predictive analytics in this program can help you discover where your next leads will come from. It takes all the big data and compiles it in one place. It pulls in public records, appraisal estimates , demographics for the area, mortgage information and if you upgrade to REMINE PRO you can track up to 10,000 properties and it provides contact information.
Predicting how the local market will develop can help save time and money. With REMINE's "sell score " you can home in on the properties that are most likely to sell. They provide mortgage information, an upgrade feature will also track Judicial Watch to let you know if a distress situation is going on with a property owner such as a divorce.
You can narrow down your farm list to track specific properties and send personal letters or even know which ones are best to door knock. Another feature allows you to go in and upload your contacts (CRM) to the program. This way you will know when you should reach out to those in your sphere of influence.
I have used this program already on a number of CMA's this quarter and it has made the process much easier by having all the information in one place. The map of the neighborhood allows you to see all the recent activity right on your computer screen when sitting with your client.
This program is the beginning of a new era using big data to help determine and predict the real estate consumer's behaviors and patterns as this technology develops and matures.
