Corona Del Mar Home Values 3/24/2019
This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were down 0.7 percent, new homes are up 15.3 percent and resale condos are up 0.8 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 15.5 percent, down 35.2 percent on condos and down 33.0 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 22.1 percent and the sales volume is down 13.2 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 5.4 percent and the sales volume is down 30.2 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 11.5 percent and the sales volume is down 41.5 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 6.9 and the sales volume is down 16.1 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 5.8 percent and the sales volume is down 1.4 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 9.5 percent and the sales volume up 7.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 8.3 percent and the sales volume is down 21.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 10.1 percent and the sales volume is down 24.2
Note Corona del Mar improved week over week and is the opposite of the rest of south county. We are seeing large jumps to the down side thoughout these cities. We see prices dropping across the zip codes.
